British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

I know I'm the odd man here, and even though I really like porkers (possibly my favorite brand), but the Carrera GT does NOT float my boat.

I am suprised to hear that Luc . I thought you would have liked this car with it being developed from the GT1 and earlier LMP Prototypes . Such a shame that the Americans killed this one off as it was an incredible car.

I understand it's merits, but I just never could warm up to it's looks. I think it's the only porker that don't like. For instance, that 356 is waaaaaaaaay more cool in my eyes.

Nope , it was released back when I was buying my Porsches , so its at lest 10 years old . It is one of the special `Standox` paint colours that they did .
Laguna Seca Sky was a pearlescent colour that changed shades depending on what angle you looked at the car. It was only available on this 934 RSR.
Can you not remember them?.....I used to have an Exoto 935 in pearlescemt Avus green too .

Ah, the infamous Standox milk cow . Every time you look at the car it's in a different color, so that's why I didn't recognize that particular hue. And how can I forget my Jägermeister 934? With it's sister 935 in the same livery? Darn, If I still had that set I could sell them now and have money for some 20 nice 1:43 .

Thats the colour Luc , I quite liked some of them . The last proper Jager 934/935 set that I saw for sale was £700 and that was a few years ago , so god knows what they would sell for now . I loved all of my Exoto Porsches and Cobras....wish I still had them if im honest.

They were stunners Tom . Its absurd to think that today , im paying as much for a htf Spark TVR as I did for a 1/18 museum quality model.

The tear drop head lights kills the car for me.
And was this the famous disappearing model?
