three very nice models, I think the Biante 956 is getting quite hard to find these days.

Thanks Stu , the 956 is pretty rare these days outside of Australia and is pulling big money . Fortunately I have a great friend in Oz who has helped me obtain a few Australian releases , this being one of them .

ThanksTom . Both the Recaro and the Yokohama liveried Porsches were limited addition models that were produced by Autoart for the actual Racing teams . They were very hard to find at the time and were quite expensive. Other that the fantasic liveries , the models were the same as the regular GT3 R. They did come beautifully presented in a colourful box with pictures of the car and team on it.

Can you remember you sending a Recaro over to Mike and I sent him a Yokohama in a trade for a Holden ?

Isnt old age wonderful eh
You shipped one over to our crazy buddy a few years ago . He was over the moon with it as it wasnt available in Oz. I got him the Yokohama version as he wanted the pair and he got me a Holden I wanted . Have you heard from Mike lately by any chance ?

Cheers Tom . I wanted a plain white RSR to go with my GT1, GT2 , GT3 and 996 Cup cars and the only way to do it was to buy another RSR from my Porsche dealer and then spend a couple of hours with the Nail Polish Remover carefully taking off the tampo printed graphics . It turned out pretty nice after the work .

Honestly? It looks MUCH better without the graphics.

You know why Italians speak with their hands? Because they have to work a lot on their engines.

Now we're back to familiar territory ;).
That's the second nicest GT1 (the LM winner being the 1st).
