The LM winner looks a bit of an improvement on my old Brumm. Too scared to do the price conversion though. :)

IXO did the 1961 winner as well. The Looksmart will undoubtedly be better, but IXO didn't do a bad job for anyone looking for a cheaper option.

I have the IXO and agree it is good value for the money, so this will be a decision I will need to make as well.

At Le Mans on the weekend I spotted the first appearance of the Looksmart Ferrari 512M's on the Spark stand. The quality looked very good, though the cars looked a little small ('under-scale) to me :

Gday all. Im just wondering if Looksmart are planning on doing twin car releases of all or most major ferraris with drivers? I see here the two 2016 cars but will that be the case for older historic cars? Im very keen to replace my Mattel and La Storia 1989 F1 Ferraris with nicer versions with drivers so Im hoping beyond hope that this is the case.

I've always found the standard Huracan a little lacking so this beefed up version will be coming my way and in this colour. 8-)

Old school body modifications. I like it, very tempting :)

Rivets look a bit large on Huracan, but otherwise great. I actually prefer it without any decals.

Very true Ian - all 4 are on my wishlist. My wallet has scurried under the bed and gone into hiding however :D

The LookSmart sports cars are the highlight for me - the F1s are good, but I am still looking to see if the upgrade on the previous Ickx 312 is worth the money over the IXO La Storia collection - the 312 B3s do look good though.

For me, the IXO La Storia Ferraris were very good value for the money. I was disappointed that we didn't see anymore. I don't have any of the LOKKSMART Ferraris. How do they stack up?

I think I read somewhere that IXO are bringing the La Storia range back sometime soon - I will be happy if that doesn't happen.

LookSmart are just Spark models in different packaging as far as I am aware, so they are of the same quality as a Spark. Prices are a bit higher though - Ferrari licensing fees to blame there.

I'm loving the look of those '74 Ferraris. Would be nice to see more of this sort of thing with both cars and driver figures.... especially for some late '80s, early '90s Ferraris.

Unfortunately they have responded to my recent email with the news that they have no intention for a couple of Berger/Mansell 640s at they moment.

But I live in hope.

It seems, LookSmart will do most of the 330 P4 and 412 P Ferraris that raced at 1967 Le Mans. Here's the picture of four cars they will do.
This is fantastic, lets hope it won't take years!
