Same livery, different cars

Post by Serafa » Fri Jan 29, 2016 10:00 am

After collecting many cars, I realized there are different cars with the same sponsorship among different classes in motorsport.

In this topic I will show those models, grouped by sponsorship:

Great selection of cars Bruno. They're all classic liveries.

Do you have any Jagermeisters ? Rothmans is another iconic livery that also comes to mind which spanned various classes - F1, Sports cars, Touring cars and rallying.

I do have one but I'm planning to buy at least one more car in Jägermeister livery. But I know you do have plenty of them. Feel free to post them in this topic. The topic is not mine, it is everyone's! ;)

Actually, there are many different sponsors which supported different motorsport categories. Some of them are very common, like Martini and Gulf, but there are others. As you said above, there is Rothmans and Jägermeister, but also Red Bull, 555, Repsol, Castrol, Skoal Bandit, West, Marlboro, Camel, Leyton House, Kenwood, New Man and so on.

Also, the colors may differ. The main example is the Martini livery, well know in white, red and silver versions, but we can find officialy sponsored cars by Martini in black and even in a psychodelic blue and green used in a Porsche 917 L in 1970, as you certainly know.

Please share your livery groups! :D

You must be very proud of your collection. My sincere congratulations!

I really like those Warsteiner cars too. Both are models you don't see very often.

Thanks! The Skoal Bandit liveried cars are also very popular among collectors.

I agree with you. And I intend to grow this family up very soon when Spark releases the Arrows A1:

Also, this one below is on my watch list for this year:

Only for the record, I will update the above pictures with the models names, just in case someone wants to look for those models.

What Bruno said 8-)
Andy

British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

Two great Porsche lineups. Martini is classic, but the Gelo group look very good together.
