Who are Malibu international Julio? Looks identical to the Hongwell model

I bet its a Hongwell model ;) Schuco Junior line models are mostly made by them to

When you removed it from the base was there a 'h' on the chassis ?

Once I find the box where I have this model, I promise you that I'll remove it from its base and I'll look for that "h"! ;)
