I have this model as well. The engine bay is the best feature on a pretty good model.
And it was cheap as chips being an IXO. Nice Picture Johann.

British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

Some very nice models & pictures there. I have quite a few of the Best and Bang models when they were 'dumped' on the UK market back in the mid 90's - picking them up for ~£5 each. Always thought they were worth alot more than that...

Neither of these will be classics in years to come. 458 and 599 work better for me, but as ever it's all subjective.

An excuse to delve into the archives, which I am also walking past on a daily basis at the moment on hols...

Bang (yes...really)

8006 Ferrari 348 Gtb 1994 Street Bianco-White
8002 Ferrari 348 Gts 1994 Street Giallo-Yellow
8010 Ferrari 348 Spider Street Grigio Scuro Metalliz. -Gun Metal
8007 Ferrari 348 Tb Challenge Pirelli 1990 Peter Collard Red / 1990 No 48

Kyosho (which are still v nice renditions IMHO)

05061R Ferrari 308 GTB quattrovalvole 1978 Red
05061Y Ferrari 308 GTB quattrovalvole 1978 Yellow

Though I am sure your gaps will be filled by something special from eg BBS 8-)
