Very nearly bought the Ltd Edn Gold Anniversary Quattro from the Audi Museum Shop when they had a few at twenty five quid. By the time I had twenty five quid to spare they had gone.
C'et la vie. Nice model. One day...

I have missed those boats on many an occasion Ian...

Checking my dbase and I appear to have bought mine in 2005 direct from the Ebay Audi Tradition - cost £35 which was alot (to me) in those days (was paying £16.99 for the road cars at the time)

British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

On its on yes, but i have them all together and this plainer white colour scheme was very common by 85, as the factory cars were HB liveried at that time.
Most of the non factory do however have Audi Sport colours in one version or another on a fairly plain white background.

I have another one from the same rally to post which actually makes a nonesense of the above

To follow

At least you already have them out of their boxes! Probably one of the biggest URQ collections around I reckon
