Source of Eaglemoss diecasts?

Post by Maximus » Fri Apr 15, 2016 7:04 am

Gday all. Has anyone found an affordable supplier for the Eaglemoss F1 cars? I'm interested in the Gugelmin 88 March for my own nefarious needs but so far have only found it from Brazilian sellers with extremely high postage prices when sending to Australia. Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks muchly.

Maybe one of our Brazilian members can assist ? Try sending a PM to Bruno ("Serafa").

Hi, Maximus!

It is extremely easy for me to buy those models here in Brazil.

Let me know your address (send it to me via PM) and I will discover what are the shipping costs for you.

I'm glad to help you, therefore I can send you for free, you just have to pay for the costs (models + shipping), okay?

Cheers!

It's simillar, but not the same. The car models in the brazilian collection are only the ones driven by brazilian drivers in F1.

By the looks of it, I'd say these are the same IXO models sold here, the only difference being the selection of cars. Lauda's Ferrari 312, for example, was available down here in a Ferrari partswork series, as were several other Formula One Ferraris that might be featured in the British Formula One legends edition instead.

I've been picking up select F1 issues, but now I wish the selection was broader than just Brazilian drivers, and that the subscription bonuses were as good as the British series, and the price looks very, very good! I'd subscribe in a heartbeat.

I'm glad to have helped Maximus to obtain the models he wanted.

Just sent today two March Judd 881 driven by M. Gugelmin to him in Australia.

Cheers!

And they arrived safely this week. Not bad for magazine cars...I actually think they're not too far off the big boys to be honest. Thanks again for your help Serafa...hugely appreciated :D
