Take your time with this hobby and due to the cost of these damn things nowdays buy selective and narrow down some tight themes...that's my ploy and it uuusually works.

Like your Fords (Minichamps, vanguards?) the Mk2 cortina especially so.I collect the Aussie muscle car fords here, good to have some young blood to hopefully keep this $$$$ hobby going.
Thanks!

Haha, yeah, I've been a fan of all types of car, real or models for years now!

They are expensive, my latest purchase which I'm still waiting for, set me back a fair few notes!

All Fords apart from the two dark blue ones and the UEFA C-Max are Vanguards, the blue & silver are Minichamps. I'll keep it going until my bank hates me

Watch it Ben. I was messing with cars and bikes when I was your age, 30+ years down the road it does not end well. Look at the nutter that I am

Hi all, it's been a while since I posted on this site as I was skint, but I have a bit of cash to inject into my collection, any suggestions appreciated, both 1/43 and 1/18 scale are what I'm after.

Thanks!
Ben.

Welcome back.
I suppose that you would know what you want to spend your money on better than we do ;)

Not much has changed in the past year, however I did lose my silver XR2 to Zinc Pest and my SuperSport is starting too.

I have got a couple of 1/18s too, both from Otto, both Ford, both favourites!

Shame about the zinc pest, luckily there's no resin pest to destroy your Ottos.

Rusting just like the real car ;) It's depressing to see models destroying themselves like that and there's nothing we can do to stop it.
