Hello From Pennsylvania,USA

Post by inalteralm76 » Mon Mar 03, 2014 1:31 pm

Hello everybody, I've been into 43rds since the early 80's building first with FDS kits,Starter, AMR etc., Now the recent quality of"diecasts" is unbelievable, and now I collect Spark,IXO,Quartzo, Minichamps, etc. I can't build em that cheap any more! I mostly collect LM, IMSA, and sportscars with some F-1. Thanks

Must be hellish tricky building 1/43 kits, did a couple 1/24 kitsets back in the day.

Welcome aboard

Hello there!

Welcome!

Where in Pennsylvania? I grew up in the Poconos (near Stroudsburg) and lived there until I was 25.

Welcome to the forum
Andy

British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

HI-- exactly my thoughts. Many resincast and diecast models are better (pad-printing is MUCH better than decals over curvy shapes) that what I could build and less costly too.
