Actually this is not the 2016 catalog. It has not even a single new model in it...

Indeed, having a closer look, no news at all, disappointing...

So IXO finally put chromed wheel trims on a Galaxy Wagon - only one snag.... It's an Ambulance with it's red light on the roof and so would probably have had painted rims. Arrrrrrrgggggghhhhh! Does everyone think they've only just resisted putting whitewalls on it? :?

A nice standard red wagon with squire woodpanels and whitewalls would have gone down a treat with us collectors. :( It's captioned as a '64 when it should be a '60! Grrr..

Love the Nuova, 33 and Sprint. The latter is better than the Kess version.

And you would never, ever have seen an Ambulance with the wood sides. It was a very expensive option that would not find its way on a professional car.

From a collecting POV I don't like the look of that KBX prefix. Hope the ixo/PX shipment due to arrive at the importers proves me wrong

I seriously doubt WBR002 will look as good as the photo since it's my photo of my HPI model.

Wow, stealing your picture and putting their watermark in it... that's pretty bad.

Yeah, pretty bad. I have half a mind to contact them about it. The other half of my mind just wants to go take a nap.

Now that is really being lazy  Just do web search and use what you find with no permission or mention, very poor business decision.

Here's my exchange with Replicars. At least they responded and did something about it.
dbonser wrote:Hello,

I was looking at your site and found the listing for WBR002:

and noticed the photo is my photo (that I took of my HPI 957 model):

I am wondering why you are using this photo especially without asking me. Thank you.

It doesn't hurt to give these people a jog as everyone nowadays seems to think any photo on the net is 'fair game'. It reminds them that copyright still exists and that compensation can be extracted for mis-use.

Aside from that, why use HPI model to sell a Whitebox version. That's like using a Rolls Royce photo to sell a Skoda. Haven't they heard of consumer laws against misleading advertising.
