Autocult 2018

Post by Jager » Fri Jul 13, 2018 11:08 am

I can see this being popular with a few people here :

There's also a slightly different one from Spark (test version):

So the 924 nut basically has the test and record cars covered.

You know why Italians speak with their hands? Because they have to work a lot on their engines.

The record car never turned a wheel in anger, it was driven straight into the then brand new Porsche museum.

Nice!

Makes the Mustang look more like the Falcon Hardtop from the same era.

Reminds me of the Mad Max Interceptor too.

This is something I'd expect from Autocut, but its actually from Schuco (there was no Schuco thread so I thought I'd put it here) :

Would be less appalling were it not trying to be one of Goldfingers cars.

I saw that model before (CK?) and was wondering. Would a beetle be able to pull a trailer like that? From the roof? :?
It doesn't look like the roof was reinforced.

Quite nice but I can think of a couple of dozen American concepts that I'd like before this. I'll still get it though.

Just got this one, new in their "Avenue 43" range. It's about time someone made the Mickey Maus, one of the most notorious Porsches ever.

New announcements from Autocult include the pretty DeTomaso Vellelunga...
Image
Previously announced by Automodello but never released due to their lurch into 1:18 scale. I would prefer it in yellow but I know AC don't do colour variations so I'll be happy to settle for this.

They've also announced this in their Avenue 1:43 range.....

Lotus 11 Ghia Aigle. Another must-have for me.
(Sorry, I can't get the image any bigger/better.)

I’ve ordered my Vallelunga and am selling my unbuilt Microsprint kit.
