British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

Cool Alfas, guys!!! :)

I've been trying to upload photos of mine, but there's something wrong with either my server, or Explorer (I'm still using my bloody PC), or Photobucket, or something else, and I'm unable to upload photos...for the time being!

Does anybody have any sportscars from the Mille Miglia, Targa Florio etc? I've casually browsed the Alfa section of Modelissimo many times, and there are some stunning cars, though I don't know how the quality of the models (mainly by M4) compares.

Both of them are really beautiful, both as models and as real cars too! And, I believe both were by Carrozzeria Touring, one of my favourite Italian design coachbuilders! ;)

I think it can be said that Alfa has never had a problem with styling. Reliability, yes. Dealer/customer service, yes. But I will almost invariably take a second look at any Alfa that I see on the road - they just look like they were designed by people who truly love cars.
