British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

I'm not sure who made the model - although you are quite likely correct, as I do know it was made in the Ukraine. Price wise, it wasn't cheap! I've also got a Mk I Granada from the same maker - they're excellent models.

I saw Granada estate in one of model's shop in Kyiv. That was Pivtorak's model. If you are interesting in i could ask about it.

I love the Anglia! ;)

European Fords were briefly available in Mexico during the late 50s and very early 60s. I remember that the Ford Anglia amd the Ford Taunus (the one with the oval headlights) were among my favourite cars when I was a child, along with the Peugeot 403 and the Plymouth Barracuda.

This Anglia came from my 'Cars that I have owned collection' (my wife's car). I have another two tone (Harry Potter) in my '50s & 60s British saloons collection'
