There are 3 versions that have been released.

1. Porsche Dealer 70 years of Porsche - This is the mega expensive version that was released for Le Mans last year.

2. Porsche Dealer - This was just realeased a few weeks ago

3. Spark regular release . Released a week ago

I should have known from past purchases that Porsche dealer versions tend to be presentation versions but I never gave it a thought with this one . I guess it gives me an excuse to buy another one if nothing else .

You know why Italians speak with their hands? Because they have to work a lot on their engines.

There's been some discussion in other threads about the (under)size of the tyres on the Spark 1980 Le Mans Camaro. Here's a quick comparison to the car at scrutineering.

Aside from the wheels, almost all period pictures show the car as being more of a 'blood red' than 'fire engine red' as modelled by Spark.

It's a pity as this had the potential to be a cracking model.

The "driver" in the photo of the actual car looks better than some 1:43 efforts :?
