Steve, it is a Minichamps conversion.

Love the '95 Alfa conversion you have done, really nice.

If I was being very pedantic it would be lovely to see it with the 95 rear wing.

Finished another Audi conversion yesterday and stuck the correct mirrors on the Muller Audi:

Cool! As I recall, MC never did the Biela BTCC car.

Only as part of the 7 car 96 championship dealer set. As far as i know it's never been a standard release

British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

Right, now I remember. I even tried to justify buying the set for that, but in the end I thought it excessive.

Andy is right, Minichamps never did the Biela car, only the 97 Biela/Bintcliffe version.

This is my set, it was a little expensive at the time (around £200 or £29 a car), but some of the other cars were never released either and would fetch alot more if sold alone.

BMWs look great, but I love the Audi set! I have been drooling over it for years, never bit the bullet even when it was reduced.

Been working on a couple of models/conversions which aren't quite finished yet, but have bought these over the past few weeks:

The Cavalier looks so much better lowered
I'm not addicted to models, an addict admits their problems & I don't have a problem.

Thanks, was pleased with how it turned out, have started to lower most of my Vanguard models.

I was pleased with it, may have to lower it a bit too, it's not too bad but the wheels/tyres are wrong.

Thanks Tom, the Audi set is my favourite piece in my collection, may be a bit tricky to get hold of now though?

What's wrong with the Golf wheels?
