Oxford seems to sit slightly high. Otherwise it's hard to compare pictures on my tablet screen.

I think, the Neo is a better model.

I met him a couple of months ago, he is quite busy with other hobbies and hasn't added to his collection.

Neo is a superior model in terms of end and quality, but Oxford is excellent for its price. Both will suit very good in the cabinet.
