Alfa Romeo SZ 1989 by Spark

Post by AdamYip »

I've bought an Alfa Romeo SZ back in 1992 made by SMTS, but the model looked a bit too big. Recently, I've found this more accurate model car made by Spark and it arrived today.

I used to have the SMTS and for a small car it weighted a tonne (or ton).

Don't let Paulius see this, he's been looking for the Spark for 5 years.

Very nice model :)
This Alfa always brings in my mind a Supercars II computer game from 1991, which was available for Commodore Amiga and Atari ST. The game featured modified (armed) version of this car :D

Too late Ian, my heartbeat increased dramatically once I read the title of this thread..
.. and I am still looking for this model at a reasonable price! (some examples go for 80-100+euros)

Great add. Adam. One of my favourite ever road cars and this Spark is probably the best out there, the Eidolon version looking a bit flat as well as costing several times as much. Keep up the search Paulius, this car is a must-have!

If Paulius doesn't want this one I may look at it - assuming I can get it delivered to this part of the world :)

Looks good in silver, but, it just has to be red!
