If I could sponsor more collecting themes this particular one would be at the top of my list. I've always been absorbed with numbers on doors but should I one day default this is where you will find me.

I often find the more outrageous designs of this period a bit OTT - this one is, but va-va-voom it is hot.

Looks more like an armoured car than a 540K. I think I'd stick with the original.

I’ve never liked the car, a very poor attempt of Erdmann & Rossi to imitate the fabulous French designs of those days, but the model looks rather cool!

Epic car and Kess have done a good job although the bonnet is too long, the radiator should be behind the front axle.
Re the Xenia, I also recently bought this model after seeing your pics and very nice it is too putting my old Ban Seng version in the shade.

Not a fan of the E&R 540, but I have to recognize the model is superb. Kess is really improving. J12 & Xenia are among my favorites.
