Even though I'm not that interested in Formula 1, but this is an outstanding thread! I really appreciate it.

Those are excellent, love your tartan backdrop. The bonkers 6-wheeler is my favourite Tyrrell though.

Me too, the 006 comes in second, though.

I just bought the 1974 World Champion Minichamps edition of Fittipaldi's Mclaren M23 and started work on adding the tobacco decals tonight but got stopped in my tracks - the decals are all the wrong size and font, and the Texaco word logo on the cockpit does not have the white outline. I have to say i'm bitterly disappointed for a £60 model.

That's right, I also had to buy extra decals (Tameo kits) and convert the model.
Minichamps has recently had a problem with the size of almost all Mc Laren-MARLBORO decals (MP4 / 4, M23) ....

Most unlike Minichamps to get it so badly wrong but blooming frustrating- i emailed them but zero response. Not great customer service to add to my annoyance.

Don't forget that many company employees are 'working from home' which doesn't help customer relations queries....

You can access e-mail from home. MC's customer service has stunk for years.
