British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

Very "un"-pretty 935....lol
But its nice to have all the different configurations made, agree to that.
And then with Margarath Thatcher´s son in it

Whats the brand?

The quality looks very good Stu.

Other than minor differences with the wheels, if you told most people it was from Spark they wouldn't know the difference.

thanks Ian, I'm quite impressed with the details on this model. There are alot of fine photo etched parts on this model, such as the front hood pins near the windscreen. The wheels, imo, look a little better than what spark offer but are only really noticable upon close inspection.

Stu, its funny how we all see things differently. I thought the wheels were good, but let down slightly by the centre wheel nut being a little oversized. Then again, maybe the centre nut on the Sparks are too small.

I guess once we start measuring wheel nuts for accuracy we've lost the plot  .

PS I don't think you've told us yet who made it.

If it's from the ebay seller (Sebring1971) I've found, he has all sorts of stuff, just won a arena fiat 128 gr.2 kit to build off him, has he started make his own kits now? I know he had lots of parts. bough a fair few to upgrade budget models in fact waiting for a shipment of wheels with the fiat kit I won.

yeah that's who i got this 935 from. He's starting a range of handbuilt kits, this been one of them. Unfortunately he doesn't state who the kit manufacturer is and the built car was supplied fixed to a generic 1:43 display base.

I didn't realise that Charlie Sheen sponsored one of those Porsche's.

Just been going through your collection of 935's Stuff, and I'm really impressed!
They just shout aggression and presence that most GT class don't have these days.
My collection strategy is still Le Mans winners, but sub collection of various types of Porches is something I'm leaning towards as well.
Keep em coming!

Dave, don't forget the 935 won Le Mans in 1979, so you can kill two birds with one stone. There are several versions available, but the Spark is very well done.

Ian,
good idea, I have noticed that during my searches for winners on eBay.
The Spark versions I've found are still a bit out of my price range of £35 to £40, but with the current weak £/euro exchange rate, I'm hoping to pick up a deal.
