Love the way your 935 collection is developing and the group shots (must be time for another one given you've added about 6 new cars since the last one).

To my eye the one noticeable car that's missing is the 1979 Le Mans winner (Its just a pity the livery was pretty dull !). I think you should also aim for a Brumos liveried car as well given their overall success with the 935 in this era.

thanks for the comments guys, wasn't sure if posting all these 935's was getting a bit uninteresting.

Funny you should mention the 79 LM winner, I bought one the other day and it's getting shipped at the moment, hopefully it will arrive next week some time. The other car i really need to add to my LM collection is the 78 Moby Dick from Minichamps. As for the Brumos livery, I'm thinking of picking up the Ebbro car at some point :)

Yes the 1978 Moby Dick from le mans, I too been looking for that interesting car, I may settle for the car from another race as the LM cars goes for stupid money. Can't wait to see the 1979 winner

Depends what you mean by 'stupid money', but if you were lucky you could have picked up the Minichamps #43 Le Mans Moby Dick for just Euro 30 from Italy in the last month on eBay.

In general I didn't think this car pulled the big $$$ because there are a couple of almost identical versions available (#40 Norisring and #1 Test Car).

I must have missed the italy deal, all I can find on my ebay searches are £89.00, way out of my price range, can find other variants for 30 to 50

James, as Jager said you'll be able to pick up the #43 LM car for the same price as the other varients. There was one up from Germany for 45 Euros the other day. The £89 car is way over priced

British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

out of the latest batch i have to say the #9 Daytona is a little beauty. The Photo's really don't do it justice.

hi Stef, I've only taken those two at the moment, but I'll take some more at the weekend and post them in this thread.

It was the one that stood out for me, regardless of the photos. If it's actually better than it looks, it must indeed be a beauty.

Thought I'd update my thread with a few more 935's I've picked up since my last post. All are Spark models and all are LM racers from 1977 through to 1982

Some great adds, really show the changes to the 935 in that space of time.

To me, the K3 is the classic 935 but I am sure a case could be made for most of them.
