I bought the model for an undisclosed amount.
Under $200.00?
if $42 is less than $200, then yes ;)

In August one was sold on ebay for 28 USD though. I sent him that link and said 42 is a very good price, which it is.

Seeing as the original price was $249.99, then yes.

Seeing as similar model was sold for $28 then he got 50% above that price.

It's not the first time I've managed to convince a seller to drop a high price based on what's offered elsewhere. They've never come down 83% though.

Just as I was amazed that I can buy ca 50 Ford GT40 models and not have a single defective one I suddenly now got 3 defective models. :( Am I the only one who's pretty much guaranteed 1 in 15 models to be defective?

Pity to hear of the problems. One car with problems I could understand, but three - were they IXO's or Sparks ?

Two Bizarre, one IXO. All are second hand and Bizarres seem to be inflicted by the previous owner.

Maybe I'm too fussy, but this year about 50% of my Spark models have had issues and were returned, some twice.

Well, its either the fault of Spark quality control or the previous owner doing smth to ruin the model. Neither is a good reason to accept a poor quality model.

50% sounds like a lot, though.

Great to see them all together.

Column #2 on top, who makes the MKII roadster?
Column #2 on top, what car is that #4?

Nice collection. Are you missing the number 4 MKIV from LeMans 1967?

Thanks, I got the last remaining ones as well. I'm glad Spark is releasing two new ones as well:
