Re: Ford Transit
Yes. For me the height difference wasn't apparent until viewed from the back. I wonder which one is more accurate?Wow, are they supposed to be the same size?

This display must be a dust nightmare.
As Ian says the Michelin pairing is top notch.

Cool models, Gary!
I should get one of those older white Transit vans. They bring back lots of memories from my days at Ford.

Love the supervans! Mk 1/2 Transits bring back fond memories for me - I was shuttled to the British Embassy School in Bonn each day in the 1980s by a fleet of Ford Employee Transit mini buses.

I'm another fan. Big apeal for little $$$ considering these are budget part-works models.

Ford Transit (1978-83) David Jones Rally Support Van by IXO. I would have prefered the Borham livery seen in the photo below.

I've always enjoyed IXO's LWB Mk I Transit part work van, but I was aware that it was undersized and inaccurate in some of the details. IXO has finally correct the situation. Note the identical licences plate numbers.

Re: Ford Transit
They might be the ultimate "white-van man" machines, but being motorsport support vehicles is their rightful home as far as I am concerned.

Re: Ford Transit
I like the idea of the plain white van and the possibility of some code 3 customs, not just for rally cars but sportscars too.
