Each a beauty.
Not quite understanding the Exoto Ford McLaren Can Am description.

Yes, each truck manufacturers name is clear enough but 'McLaren' is confusing. Or is the Ford ex-McLaren team?

This might make more sense. As well as running Ferraris, the Gelo team also ran a McLaren Can Am car which was mentioned on the side of the transporter.

However, as previously indicated in other threads, the Exoto transporter is a fake and the real Gelo transporter was a Mercedes chassis (and was not a 'cab over' design) :

Enzo Ferrari only ran the Alfa Romeo team between 1930 and 1938. The yellow Alfa Romeo/ Scuderia Ferrari transporter is pre-WWII and dates from the mid 1930's. This is the Alfa Romeo team preparing to leave for the 1934 Vanderbilt Cup in America :

Hate to admit this, but Exoto's transporter looks better than the real GELO one.

I would guess its the Maranello Concessionaires Ford Thames dating from the mid 1960's.

This appears to be what Exoto used for as the basis for the livery of their fantasy "Maranello Concessionaires" transporter.

I believe there is a resin kit of the Thames transporter.

Thanks Jager,

I think you could be right, Exoto certainly got tgere inspiration from the Thames truck.
