Thanks Gary. You going to list your 1:18 sales here or not bother due to it being predominantly a 1:43 site?

Fantastic car. I drove the 540i of the same generation once, it was great. Otto's model is wonderful.

You best me to it - it's looks splendid

British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

RR is fantastic and I love the 7 too. In the 1890s, I'd almost bought a used 745i.

Simon, so many incredible cars in the last few months! Without a doubt my favorite is the Range Rover as it's nearly identical to the one my parents had in the early 1990s other than theirs was LHD and a non-metallic grey but yours is close enough for me! I will most definetly add this along with the Lagonda if I can find a good price on both. Between Otto, GT Spirit, Cult, Premium X etc etc I am seriously getting the 1:18 resin bug! BB

Cool car, sharp edges, straight lines, popup headlights, digital dashboard, what's not to like

Another home run with the AML Simon....looks like a stunner and the metallic grey colour makes it look very classy . I bet it looks impressive in hand . Congrats.

Incredible Lagonda Simon! I want one of these sooooo bad! Many sources have sold out and others want a premium. Perhaps another colour will be released and yet to me this is the perfect colour for the design.
Can you elaborate on it's shortcomings vs. the also magnificent Range Rover? BB

Tom - you'd probably need to pay similar money for a 1:43 nowadays.....remember looking for one a year or so back and they seemed to fetch around the £100 mark.Tom wrote:Beautiful model, classy colour too. Would love a 1:43.
A very unique car indeed.....would hate to think how much it would cost to keep one of these on the road these days!dcast wrote:Cool car, sharp edges, straight lines, popup headlights, digital dashboard, what's not to like
It's green Gary!Galaxy Gaz wrote:Another home run with the AML Simon....looks like a stunner and the metallic grey colour makes it look very classy . I bet it looks impressive in hand . Congrats.
BB - I think I might have been a bit critical when I posted the pics.....I had a massive fight with the model to get it unscrewed from the base, which finally resorted in a hack-saw! It's grown on me since, and think it's on a par with the RR. Would definitely recommend one if you can get it for the right price.GarageOnAWall wrote:Incredible Lagonda Simon!
