A steal at the current price of ¥1,500 on Yahoo! Japan but I doubt it will finish there.

HPI 8496 Honda NSX 1996 Le Mans

https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/g230247790
Don't even tell me about it...

But I am sure its price is going to be sky-rocketed.

I saw it yesterday. If you allow a minor correction, it is the 1995 version (very rare BTW).
The last one was sold for 19,500 yen. This week another one went for 20,000 yen. Prices have been very consistent for this model:

Ignition Model Celica for $32.24 BIN out of Japan. Listing doesn't indicate if plastic cover or box is included so definitely check before clicking that Buy It Now button!

A steal indeed. Given the price it should be hand-delivered from Japan. Business class.

In this case its a bargain comparitively speaking.
I think I noted last time RM was metioned that his highly inflated listing prices are flooding our local NZ auction site with no nibbles.

So tempting!

The subject matter of those Ignition models has always been far from my usual themes. But they are such attractive as models that, if I were still collecting everything, like I was, I'd love to get at least one! :)

Phil confirmed over in my 2018 purchases thread that these are factory samples. So some will have pre-prod errors like incorrect color shade compared to final release version.

I noticed that green film too. My guess is it is to protect the windows and p/e trim.

This could be a steal (currently at US$ 8.50 with 2 days to go)....but only if you're handy with a tube of super-glue :D .
