This is the first 1/43 model car I've owned with carbon fibre wheels so far. BBR might have made model cars with carbon wheels before.

I have the Fronti art Lamborghini Sesto Elemento which has carbon wheels for one and I guess there are probably a fair few more out there. Another nice model by the way.
