Concept cars

Post by Ozmac »

I'm thinking concept cars from shows, or cars that never made it into production and stalled at the 'concept' stage, with only the prototypes built. Here's my small selection.

Borgward Traumwagen ('Dream Car') model by Premium Classixxs

Abarth Pininfarina, appeared at the Turin Show in 64, and that was it. Model by Spark

Fiat Abarth T-140, from 1967, the 6L V12 that didn't make it: model by Metro

Love the silver Abarth, and that is the best photo that I've seen of that Flash-Gordonesque Borgward! :)

British roads have history. Some were built by the Romans. British road investment being what it is, they have only been re-surfaced a few times since.

Concept cars (along with LSR cars) is a theme I could very easily be convinced to collect. Maybe I should stay away from this thread...:worried:
But since I'm here, what would be the best version of the Rosemeyer?

You know why Italians speak with their hands? Because they have to work a lot on their engines.

I’d love to get the Rosemeyer too. Maybe, the one by BoS? 🤔

The BoS is the best VFM and pretty much correct.

That looks GOOD indeed. The Rosemeyer is one of the few concepts I would like to have.
